The 6th International Conference on Advanced Design and Manufacturing ADM2023 was successfully held in the school

From August 28th to 29th, Harbin Engineering University hosted the 6th Advanced Design and Manufacturing International Conference ADM2023, which was successfully held at the university, with the assistance of the Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Branch of the China Industrial Design Association, the Heilongjiang Mechanical Engineering Society, the Industrial Design Branch of the Heilongjiang Art and Design Association, and the English version of the Harbin Engineering University newspaper. There were 51 attendees, including 8 experts and scholars from 5 countries including the UK, Germany, Japan, Russia, Qatar (online), and 9 experts and scholars from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Northeastern University, China Academy of Fine Arts, and Harbin Institute of Technology in China. Responding to the innovative demand for design and manufacturing in the context of the new technological revolution, with sustainable design, intelligent design, and intelligent manufacturing as the themes, radiating traditional design and manufacturing, aiming to explore the next core field or manufacturing industry of the new technological revolution. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth academic exchanges, which have played a significant role in promoting cooperation intentions between our university and domestic and foreign universities or institutions.
