Research Laboratory of Ship Equipment and Integration

The laboratory originates from the Naval Artillery Department of the Military Engineering College of the People's Liberation Army of China (Harbin Military Engineering). Based on the Key Laboratory of Ship Special Auxiliary and Underwater Equipment Industry and Information Technology of the Ministry of Information Technology, the team has been targeting the strategic needs and major scientific and technological issues of the national navy for many years, actively serving the development of the national economy, and promoting the modernization of national defense and the military. Under the leadership of Professor Xue Kai, the team has carried out in-depth research on surface target construction and ship special auxiliary equipment technology. The project results have been recognized and affirmed by units such as the Navy Test Base, and have now become the main technical support unit and professional technical talent training base for naval weapon equipment testing.
